YGB is about inspiring and equipping the teenage black youth to broaden their outlook in education, career, and entrepreneurial options available to them.
We believe that our young people are very gifted and talented with immense raw innate abilities that needs naturing to help them explore the vast opportunities out there ready to be exploited. Unfortunately, many are not exposed fairly to the kind of informed knowledge and guidance available to their peers in other races.
