What is YGB ?
YGB is a borderless organisation established with the sole aim of inspiring and equipping the teenage black youth to broaden their outlook on education, career, and entrepreneurial options available to them from anywhere in the world.
What are their Mission and Vision?
Aim: Our aim is to help young black teenagers develop a resilient mindset and design a future fit for purpose by exploring all the potential professional, career, and entrepreneurial options available to them.
Mission: To inspire greatness in black teenagers and equip them to compete equitably on the global stage for greater success.
What will the programme cover?
The programme covers subject areas such as:
· Developing the right mindset and support system for personal growth as a foundation for success.
· Establishing strategic career paths, choosing the most suitable option, developing learning skills and designing your best route to a thriving future beyond just academic qualifications.
· Exploring the use of the internet productively and profitably through social media, digital marketing, copyright, and content creation management.
· Developing an entrepreneurial mindset for business success; why and how to identify business opportunities; testing the economic viability of ideas; choosing the right legal structures; and engaging the business plan writing process for your idea.
Who will be involved in the delivery?
· Qualified academic, business and industry experts with an average of 25 years experience in their respective sectors, coupled with academic knowledge and understanding of the changing global environment.
· Supporting specialist experts from various sectors of interest to young people.
What will it cost to attend?
The one Day event is completely FREE. However, any fee for subsequent events, one-to-one or group consultations will be established when the time comes.

· Time: 7 – 8:30pm
· Venue: Online via Zoom (register for details)
Who is the programme designed for?
Young people between the ages of 13-18 years.
· Parents, guardians, and responsible adults.
· A parent who wants to help their child overcome their current challenges and build their character, skills, and performance inside and outside of school.
· A child who wants to be supported to become more motivated to reach their potential right now.
· A young person seeking to rebuild your wellbeing, skills, hope and vision for your life.
